These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "ToU") define the terms and conditions under which users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") may access and use the Braum service, published by Raphael Web Company, a company registered with the RCS under number 87822198500012, whose registered office is located at 12 R LOUIS ELOI, 33130 BEGLES FRANCE (hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher").
Braum is a SaaS solution that allows web freelancers (developers, designers, CMS creators, etc.) to protect their work by generating a script they can embed into the websites delivered to their clients. This script allows users to interact with the site in case of non-payment.
Access to the service is reserved for individuals or legal entities with a user account. Registration implies unreserved acceptance of these ToU.
The user agrees to use Braum in a strictly legal framework, including:
- not using Braum to extort or threaten a third party,
- informing their clients of the presence of a protection mechanism on their site,
- not using Braum in an illegal or abusive context.
The Publisher shall not be held liable for any misuse of the service by one or more customers.
The Publisher agrees to provide access to the service under reasonable conditions of continuity and security. However, Braum cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Publisher reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance.
In case of violation of the ToU or abusive use of the service, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account without prior notice or compensation.
All elements of the website, service, and infrastructure are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is prohibited.
Braum offers a referral program allowing users to recommend the service to others and earn a commission for each registration or purchase made by their referral.
The user agrees to:
- not create multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain commissions,
- not distribute their referral link in a misleading or deceptive manner,
- not advertise (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other) using the brand name “Braum” in order not to compete with Braum,
- not use prohibited or unethical techniques (spamming, identity theft, etc.).
In case of fraud or abuse of the program, the Publisher reserves the right to:
- suspend or cancel fraudulently obtained commissions,
- deactivate the offending user account,
- take any necessary legal action.
These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Bordeaux.

Each site protection is sold at the price shown on “Pricing” page, payable once by credit card. Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment provider.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the service, no right of withdrawal can be exercised after protection activation.
The protection script is generated and made available immediately after payment. No physical delivery is made.
An invoice is automatically generated for each transaction and is available in the user's account area.
The Publisher reserves the right to change its prices and ToS at any time. The applicable ToS are those in force at the time of purchase.
The Publisher is not responsible for the abusive or unauthorized use of the script by the client. The user is solely responsible for integrating and using the script on third-party sites.
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bordeaux.
When using Braum, we collect the following data:
- Email, password (encrypted), name,
- Added websites, protection status,
- Payment information via Stripe (no banking data is stored on our servers),
- Navigation and usage data (via cookies).
The collected data is used for the following purposes:
- creation and management of user accounts,
- provision of the offered services,
- management of payments and withdrawals,
- service security and abuse prevention.
All data is stored in a secure database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel only.
Data is never sold. It may only be shared with:
- our payment service provider (Stripe),
- competent authorities in case of legal obligation.
Braum uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the site, measure traffic, and improve user experience.
Data is kept as long as the account is active, then archived or deleted in accordance with legal obligations.
In accordance with the GDPR, each user has the right to access, rectify, object to, or delete their data by contacting contact@braum.io.
This privacy policy is governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Bordeaux shall have jurisdiction.
